Guqin, as one of the oldest musical instruments that has been out there. With the long history of development, it has been thru many stages and changes. This book showcases the history, various styles, phases of Guqin Notation. And in the last chapter, I visualize one of the most famous and classic pieces PingShaLuoYan, using ink-wash style strokes and reconstruct the elements from the notation to create an information design system that showcases how Guqin is played and the rhythm of the pieces.
